Move In Procedures
Welcome to the Metro Diggs family. To ensure a successful start, we have the following move in procedures.
Rent + Deposit
1st month’s rent and security deposit are required at lease signing.
Inspection
Move in inspection performed to document condition.
Orientation
Our chance to introduce you to your home.
Utilities
All utilities must be in your name.
Move Out Procedures
All good things must come to an end.
Intent to Vacate
90 days prior to lease expiration we will ask if you intend to renew your lease or vacate.
Cleaning
When cleaning, pay special attention to the kitchen & baths. If carpet, professional cleaning with receipt to Metro Diggs is required.
Landscaping
If applicable, ensure lawn is mowed, bushes trimmed, gutters cleaned, etc.
Repairs
Any damages caused during your rental period should be repaired.
Final Utilities
Provide Metro Diggs with a copy of your final paid utility bills.
Security Deposit
Security deposits will be returned in a timely manner less any damages.
