What primary services do you offer?

Leasing and Property Management.

Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

It depends on how many properties you own. 

Are you licensed?

We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage. We are a division of Miracaza Real Estate Solutions LLC.

Can you put the money directly into my account?

We deposit all funds via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

As an agent of the Owner, we sign the leases. However all leases are sent to the owner for review.

Do you sell real estate too?

Our primary company, Miracaza Real Estate Solutions LLC is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage.

How and when do I get paid?

All funds are disbursed to Owner’s account by the 15th of each month.

How much security deposit do you charge the Tenant?

One month is a minimum. However it can be more depending upon Tenant’s credit.

What types of properties do you manage?

Condos, Single Family, Townhomes, Homeowner/Condo Associations and Commercial Properties.

What types of reports do I get an how often?

There is 24/7 access to your owners portal. All reports are uploaded to the portal. Annually, you receive your 1099s and Income Statements via email in addition to being accessible in the portal.

How soon can you start managing my property?

After we agree your property is a good fit, we can begin the process of transitioning you to Metro Diggs property management immediately.
