Can you hold a place?

If you are interested in a property and want to hold the property, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit varies but at a minimum is one month’s rent. Other terms and conditions apply.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

This depends upon your credit score as well as the jurisdiction your lease falls under.

Is the deposit refundable?

Security deposits are refundable less any damages.

Who needs a cosigner?

If your credit score and/or income alone do not qualify you to rent for a property, a co-signer may be necessary.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Click on the “apply now” link for the property.

I have a pet. Are there any additional fees?

Each Owner makes a decision whether to accept a pet.  If your pet is accepted, you will pay a pet deposit along with monthly pet fee.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

90 days prior to lease expiration, we will contact you to determine if you will be vacating. If yes, please follow move out procedures. 

Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?

There is a maintenance deductible. This fee is charged for each maintenance request you make. If it is determined the Tenant caused the damage, then you are responsible for the entire repair cost.
