Starting off

Out of state Investor client asked if we’d manage their property.
Metro Diggs Division Formed
2022
Overhaul of the onboarding, inspection and marketing processes to provide a more seamless and exceptional client experience. Owner and Resident Benefit packages (optional) added. Metro Diggs officially added as a division of Miracaza Real Estate Solutions, LLC
WBE & WOSB Certification
2022
Miracaza Real Estate Solutions (and thus Metro Diggs as a division of Miracaza) became a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Small Business Administration.
Miranda Carter, CPA
Miranda founded Miracaza Real Estate Solutions, LLC and subsequently authorized the property management division, which is Metro Diggs.
Miranda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Public Accounting Real Estate concentration. During her tenure in Public Accounting, which ended with her as a Manager at Deloitte, she performed audits of commercial real estate entities, commercial valuation work and a variety of consulting engagements.
She obtained her Residential Real Estate license and worked her way up from Salesperson/Realtor to Broker at Weichert Realtors. She then founded Miracaza Real Estate Solutions a virtual real estate brokerage. A few years later the property management division was formed.
